Injury Hospital Indemnity-(AAW-DR223)
Provides a Daily Benefit for each day an Insured Person is Hospitalized Due to a covered injury. Benefit Period is up to 365 Days.

Emergency Accident Rider-(AAW-DR221)
Pays actual expenses incurred for Emergency Care of a Coverd injury up to the Benefit Amount. Payment of the Benefit is limited to 4 occurrences per year, per Insured Category. (4 for Insured, 4 for Spouse & 4 total for all Children combined)

Outpatient Sickness Rider-(AAW-DR225)
Pays actual expenses incurred up to the Benefit Amount for treatment received in a Physician's Office or other Out-of-Hospital facility due to a Covered Sickness. Up to one and a half the Maximum Rider will be paid if treatment is received in a Hospital Emergency Room. Payment of the Benefit is limited to 4 occurrences per year, per Insured Category. (4 for Insured, 4 for Spouse & 4 total for all Children combined)

Pays a death benefit if a covered injury results in death (within 90 days of the Covered Injury) or if a covered Injury results in irrevocable loss of sight or total loss of use or severance of hands or feet
