Biography

Outlook began business in January of 1990, with 800 providers and 30,000 members. In addition to local retail optical providers, Outlook has added a mail-order service providing contact lenses, sunglasses and sport glasses at substantial discounts. There is no additional cost for this valuable benefit.

Outlook has been incorporated into the benefit programs of employer groups, unions, associations, insurance companies and TPA's as a value added benefit.

In response to the demand for the Outlook program our provider network has increased to over 8,000 locations throughout the United States with membership in excess of 7,000,000 individuals.
